Founded in 2013 and recently celebrating ten years of operations, Geared Up Culcha (GUC) is an Indigenous business specialising in the supply of uniforms, workwear, safety boots, PPE and branded merchandise. GUC is Supply Nation Certified, formally recognising its majority Indigenous ownership and management. First Nations team members currently make up thirty percent of GUC’s workforce.
Over the last decade, GUC has fostered long-term, meaningful customer relationships with a diverse range of clients, including Tier 1 multinationals, government agencies at both State and Federal levels, and leading Indigenous agencies.
Through its Executive Director Paul Dodd, a proud Bundjalung man, GUC is committed to promoting strong partnerships and a greater level of understanding between Australian industry and the Indigenous business sector.
